Buying a Puppy

All of our parent dogs are DNA tested by Orivet Genetic Pet Care Australia to ensure no genetic diseases are passed on to your puppy. The puppies come wormed, microchipped, Vet checked and vaccinated. You will receive a puppy manual booklet that includes essential information on diet, feeding, training techniques and more as well as a puppy pack to help with a smooth transition from our home to yours.

1. Choosing Your Puppy:

If you are interested in one of our lovely puppies you are welcome to visit by appointment to view the puppies or alternatively we can send photos and videos or arrange a FaceTime or WhatsApp appointment so that you can view the available puppies to help with your decision and choice.

2. Securing Your Puppy:

Once you have decided on your puppy we just ask a 10% deposit, and once this is paid (via bank transfer) you have secured your beautiful puppy!  Weekly photo and video updates will be sent to you so that you can see your new puppy grow and develop before collection. 

3. Puppy Collection: 

At 8 weeks old your puppy is ready for you to collect.  We welcome puppy buyers to Mountain View to collect their puppies, however if distance is a factor we offer the following options at a small additional cost:

• we offer delivery to Sutton Forest to assist Sydney and Central coast buyers.
• we deliver to Canberra airport if flying a puppy to its’ new home, we will obtain the ‘fit to fly’ certificate if required for the flight (buyer to pay Vet fee usually $50).
• we can assist Canberra buyers by delivering puppies to Yass on the Sydney run or right through to the airport if we are flying another buyers' puppy out.
• we can deliver puppies to Yass to meet road transport e.g. Dogmovers 
• we can assist buyers from other areas by negotiation.

Final payment is required at pick up or in instances where the puppy is being shipped, final payment is required before we ship the puppy.
